Super weather on Saturday and three of us set off to conquer Southends highest peak Hadleigh Castle. The lads i walked with are getting ready for the 3 peaks so we had to do it at a good pace and went up any steep bit we could find, sometimes twice! So Leigh to Hadleigh Castle, to Benfleet, back along the sea wall and a few times up Leigh Hill.. Three hours and 7-8 miles.
