The blog may have gone quiet but I am still training. Gym and swimming twice a week and a at least one 3hr plus walk a week. Yesterday took a loop approx 10 miles from home via a very chilly Barling sea Wall.
Weekend after next off to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Three highest peaks in Yorkshire in 12 hours, 25 miles with 9,000 ft of ups and downs, oh and camping either side, oh and going with Feds who is ex forces.. Killi lads are coming too so should be good practice and team building..
